NH Theatre Award ½ page Advertisement For the remainder of 2010 the NH Theatre Awards are requesting (not requiring) that participating Theatre Companies please include a NH Theatre Award advertisement in their playbill/program for shows which will be adjudicated.
The ½ page and ¼ page graphics can be easily downloaded from HERE
For 2011 and beyond For 2011 the NH Theatre Awards will be requiring that participating Theatre Companies include the 1/2 page ad in playbills/programs for productions that are to be Adjudicated. Please make your theatre company aware of this new requirement for next year. When an Adjudicator has a concern regarding the validity of a nomination (examples: professional actor nominated in a Community Theatre production; Professional Costumer Nominated in a Community Theatre production; a Set reused from another production) they should proceed in the following manner:
DO
- Email the NHTA Administrators to inform us of your concern (Admin@NHTAdjudication.org) immediately after the Adjudication
- Score and Comment the nominee/production without regard to the concern
DO NOT
- Mention the concern in the comments
- Adjust the score in any way based on the concern
All concerns will be directly addressed by the NHTA Administrators. Any ineligible situations will be removed from Adjudication/Nomination by the NHTA Administrators.
